Job Description
We are Hiring for a Customer Service Manager / Head of Contact Centre.
Minimum of 5-7 years managerial experience in the UAE (preferably in a E-commerce, Call Centre, Customer Service).
Some of the major responsibilities will be
- Ensure the highest levels of collaboration between all teams responsible for Service Delivery (Production, Distribution, Finance Sales and Customer Service agents),
- Continuously upgrade the Customer Service / Account Management Process and use of CRM. Where possible utilize technology to automate processes,
- Monitor E-commerce developments and contribute towards strategies that ensure that organization remains an innovative technology driven organization,
Nationality – Open
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000/Month +Other Benefits.
