Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate who knows how to speak and write in both ENGLISH and ARABIC. We prefer candidates who is 35 years old and below and have an experience in an online portal site such as AMAZON, NOON, SOUQ, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. He/she will be responsible in coordinating with the warehouse team regarding the schedule for deliveries.
2. He/she will be handling customer complaints through emails and through phones.
3. He/she will give a report to the respective manager regarding the issue/complaints.
4. He/she must be knowledgeable in terms of the transaction with customers and the online portal teams.
5. He/she will be responsible for keeping a track of deliveries and updating the customers regarding the status.
6. Any other related works.
