Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of Bateel company’s products by keeping up with the supply and demand, changing trends, economic and seasonal indicators, and competitors.
  • Looking into profit margins and taking prompt action in solving related challenges.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed the sales budget and monitor P&L.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base.
  • Lead market research activities to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Have the ability to infuse market intelligence into the overall Sales plan and respond proactively to changing market forces and dynamics at play.
  • Expert skillsets in maintaining sales and market data points (for example – monthly sales report, budget analysis, variance analysis, etc.)
  • Contribute to sales strategy by providing intelligent, actionable insights on market trends, customer habits, socio-political climate, and competitor landscape)
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales
  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and management of key accounts.
  • Set guidelines and maintain high standards of service experiences at all times for all clients such as attending requirements of the clients in a timely manner and ensuring that line managers are groomed to respond effectively. Always respecting the Brand DNA, and assuring overall execution.
  • Persistently assuring high levels of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards. Thus ensuring compliance with local law, food safety standards, general workplace safety, and HACCP policies and procedures.
  • Uses analytical skills and proactively manages margins, by controlling COGS, staff, and controllable expenses.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and develops and maintains client relations.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to initiate innovation, and conduct research on global food trends, food marketing, and conscious eating habits.
  • Being involved in improving communication using technology.

Experience requirement:

  • 5-8 years of B2B, Corporate Sales experience in an international environment in the Middle East
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Local Driving License
