Client Coordinator – Digital Marketing Web Development

Job Description

The candidate should pose an in-depth knowledge in the latest trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, web development & branding to communicate with prospective customers and support the sales team to convert them into business. Should act as a link between clients and development team to make sure the requirements are clearly met with assured quality and timeliness.

• Supporting marketing initiatives
• Participate in Client meetings/ strategic planning process
• Gather, compile and interpret client solutions requirements
• Convert, compose and confer client’s needs
• Investigate and resolve job-related task issues
• Handle issues appropriately until resolved
• Coordinate with clients and development team to find mutual solution to problems.
• Compile and maintain client specific reports.
• Draft appointment letters and send to new clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Graduation (IT/ Business Management/ Communication)
