Reporting to Finance Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including inventory management and cost of goods sold.
Oversee the preparation of VAT Filing and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Manage the accounts payable, including vendor payments.
To ensure ERP is used in proper manner and as per best practices.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll records and oversee the payroll process.
Train and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
ACCA/CA/CPA designation is preferred.
5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
Proficiency with ERP i.e. Odoo Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
