Responsibilities
We are looking for Call Center Associates to join our Customer Care Department in Dubai. Based in our HQ in Tecom, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer complaints via social media
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
You will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English – Arabic would be an advantage. Previous experience working in a Call Center/ Contact Center is required as is flexibility to work on a shift/roster basis.
