Job Description


Manage daily operations and solve potential issues that arise.

Assess and enhance the efficiency of operations and procedures.

Strengthen internal and external stakeholders and develop new plans.


Centralize purchases to manage and supervise purchase orders.

Manage contracts and deals with local and foreign suppliers.

Administer vendor sourcing, buying price list, and stock levels.


Support to exceed sales targets to showcase a high level of sales performance.

Identify leads, and new channels, and develop existing customers.

Involve managing key accounts and increasing business visibility.


Monitor financial data and recommend proposals to improve profitability.

Controlling assigned budgets and negotiating contracts.

Overseeing vendor payments, invoicing, billing, and receivables.


Developing and training the employees to run the change.

Ensure Positivity by practicing employee engagement.

Manage Performance motivating by what matters to them.

Salary: AED 8,000-10,000 all-inclusive, and yearly benefits

Selection: We will only consider candidates having:

· bachelor’s degree qualification,

· minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE

· worked in a mid-level role in the FMCG industry,

· managed a team with close supervision,

· excellent communication skills.
