The opportunity: 
We are looking for a highly energetic person, with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join us as a Global Business Development Representative (German Speaking) in our office in Dubai or Netherlands. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.

Kickstart your Tech Sales career in 18 months:

  • First 6 months –‘Kickstart your career as a Business Developer’: immerse yourself in a comprehensive 3-week onboarding program, where we guide you through:
    • Our unique way of working
    • Cutting-edge Tech Sales methodology
    • In-depth industry insights
    • Thorough product knowledge
    • Take the next first months to hone your skills and knowledge and taking charge of your own target in setting the stage for your journey towards excellence.
  • 6-12 months – ‘Master Business Development and become a Senior’: Elevate your skills to a senior level and share your expertise by:
    • Training and onboarding junior team members on our successful sales methodology
    • Mastering the art of business development
  • 12-18 months – ‘Enterprise Business Development’: level up as you delve into managing big accounts and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Also explore the next step in your professional journey at Easygenerator!

Qualifications

Our ideal Business Development Representative will have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 0-1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
  • You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
  • Experience working with targets and KPIs
  • You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Steps in the interview process:

  1. Cognitive ability assessment
  2. Interview with a recruiter
  3. Situational questions assessment
  4. Interview with a hiring manager
  5. Business case interview
  6. A final call with senior management

The interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
