Mio Gruppen is one of Norway’s largest suppliers of user-directed personal assistance (BPA, home nursing and home care. Mio Gruppen has over 2,000 employees, and supplies services to municipalities throughout Norway. We have offices in Oslo, Kristiansand, Bergen, Haugesund and Trondheim. We is a total of 22 skilled HR employees who deliver HR services to the entire MIO group, within recruitment, HR consultancy and administration.The HR department is located at the head office in Oslo.
We are looking for a skilled HSE advisor who will contribute to further developing and implementing our HSE strategies. You will have a central role in ensuring a safe and good working environment for all employees, as well as ensuring that we together comply with relevant laws and regulations. You will have a key role in assisting with follow-up of employees and providing advice to the organization on HSE-related issues. We value commitment at work and are looking for someone who thrives at a high work pace and who is also able to prioritize. You will be part of a large HR department with skilled colleagues, who together support and assist each other in everyday life. You will be connected to our head office in Skøyen, where you will have office space 3 days a week, with an agreement for a home office on the remaining days. The position reports directly to the team leader and we have short and efficient decision-making processes.

Work assignments
- Expert advice in HSE-related areas 
- Prepare, implement and follow up HSE plans and routines.
- Carry out risk analyzes and HSE audits
- Guide and assist managers and employees in HSE-related matters.
- Hold HSE training and courses for employees.
- Follow up on deviations and contribute to continuous improvement of the HSE work.
- Cooperate with safety representatives and other relevant actors.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in HSE, working environment, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HSE work.
- Good knowledge of current HSE legislation and regulations.
- Experience with risk assessment and risk management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented.
- Good understanding of HR-related issues
