In the position, you will primarily run the facility on your own, while at the same time contributing to making the customers feel safe and valued. You will be involved in many different tasks, from answering customer inquiries via email to ensuring that the store always looks inviting.
The position entails varied work tasks and will consist of, among other things:
• Providing professional guidance to customers in the store.
• Rent out storage space for both private and commercial use.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Ensure that the store and warehouse are always presentable.
Your profile
In order to thrive in this role, it is important that you can use your previous experience to meet customers’ needs and wishes.
We are also looking for you who can see yourself in the following:
• You have experience from the retail or hotel industry, where you have learned to deal with customers in a good and welcoming way. It is an advantage if you have experience as a store manager or similar.
• You have experience with administrative tasks, and you like to keep track of things and thrive on structure.
• You have basic IT skills.
• You are fluent in Danish and can speak English at a conversational level.
• You are independent and proactive – you take responsibility and initiative.
Practical details:
• Startup: As soon as possible.
• Working hours: 28 to 30 hours per week between 10.00 and 18.00 on weekdays and 9.30/10-14.00 3 Saturdays a month.
• Location: Kastellet.
• Salary: Fixed basic salary of 20,000 + bonus.
The working hours are distributed over all days of the week, including approx. 2-3 Saturdays a month. Sunday work may also occur for some months. You will receive your shift schedule in good time. Your working hours will be from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
