We are hiring Assistant Manager – Training and Development
If you are experienced in following, please apply!
– Sound experience in Soft skills training
– Delivered training for various employees from senior level employees to the large number of workers categories
– To work closely with the line managers to identity the training needs of all employees and develop training interventions from both internal and external sources to uplift the standards of the company’s expertise and competency levels
– To conduct training as part of on boarding programs and ensure all employees are updated regarding the company’s policies and procedures.
– Experienced in food manufacturing industry
