We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join us as an afternoon club instructor for the season 2024-2025.
There is an opening for an instructor in our afternoon club in Pukinmäki.
As an after-school provider, we are committed to providing children with a safe and stimulating environment to grow and learn. If you have a passion for working with children, as well as an interest in your professional development, you might be the person we are looking for!
As the instructor of the afternoon club, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of the children. In your work, you plan and direct versatile activities that support children’s development. You also take care of the daily routines and work systematically, ensuring that every child gets the best possible experience in our afternoon club. Working hours are mainly between 11 am and 5 pm.
We expect from you
– the ability to manage a group with a positive and encouraging attitude
– an interest in the field and a genuine desire to work with children, as well as promote their well-being
– the ability to stick to daily routines and work systematically with children
– an adaptable approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a rapidly changing work environment, as well as a focus on solutions in everyday problems
– a desire to learn new things and develop as a professional in the field of education
– experience working with a group of children
– Finnish language skills to get through daily educational discussions
