Job Description

To strengthen your team, the Garage in Roost is looking for an immediate entry or to arrange a/an:

After-sales service manager [m/f/d]

Your tasks

Organization of the SAV ensemble (workshop, pieces and accessories)
Leadership and motivation of service employees and workshops
Planning, monitoring and controlling of commercial results in the service area
Optimization of the quality of customer care and satisfaction, including complaints management
Ensuring effective cooperation and interdepartmental communication
Preparation of budget plans in coordination with the after-sales service manager of the entire garage
Definition of annual quantitative/qualitative objectives in coordination with the after-sales service director/manager of the entire garage

Your profile

You have completed professional training in the automotive sector, preferably with a master’s or technician’s certificate
You justify at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position with management responsibility
You have in-depth knowledge of the organization of an after-sales service
You are passionate about automobiles and the major issue of mobility today and tomorrow
You have above-average entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
You demonstrate very good analytical and organizational skills
You work in an independent, organized and goal-oriented manner
You have strong management skills in terms of communication
You have persuasion and self-affirmation skills combined with positive charisma
You have a very good command of the MS-Office Pack
You have a very good command of German, French and English
Knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an asset
