Job Description

Job Function: As a Back Officer Assistant, you will provide administrative/sales support to all concerned stakeholders with the objective of contributing to the efficiency and performance of our support and sales activity towards our customers.

Job tasks:

– prepare and follow up sales documents,
– coordinate business trips and travel arrangements (including visa applications and on-line booking), check and submit travel expenses
– ensure timely distribution of documents and maintain internal data basis
– maintain external customer and service center data basis

II. Key Accountabilities

1. Communication with the clients’ side from the sales to technical department;
2. Works with local service center and different Chinese departments remotely to keep them updated about the Sales developments;
3. Monitors sales development in each account and ensures that appropriate documentation is in place and timely communicated;
4. Understand Process and Product utilization and development of clients.

V. Qualification
1. A secondary level education, ideally completed with certification in secretarial studies;
2. English on negotiation basis, other languages will be of advantage
3. Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
4. Experience in use of electronic filing systems
