Job Description:

•    Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.•    At least 4 years of IT experience•    At least 4 years’ relevant experience required handling O365 / Exchange messaging support•    Facilitate the migration of emails, shared mailbox, distribution list and other related components to Office 365 cloud for various business department. •    Manage and monitor Office 365 services and mobility support using Intune / MobileIron•    Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies.•    Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end user emails issues, access issues and other issues related to cloud services•    Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.•    Provide AV, Teleconferencing, Video Conferencing, etc. technical assistance•    Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes•    Coordinates activities, as needed, with other support or implementation team members.•    Establishes a high level of personal credibility and builds strong professional working relationships with customers.•    Provides updates, status, and completion information to supervisor, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, chat, or in-person communications.•    Troubleshooting applications (MS Office Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 and cloud solutions).•    Experience with Azure AD is a PLUS•    Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills•    Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems•    Experience in building excellent client relationship and supporting Sr. Executives •    Experience performing technical support for user-facing or End User Computing services.•    Experienced in one or more operating systems, hardware platforms, networking and application support.•    Experience with enterprise ticketing software (Service-Now)•    Experience in Active Directory administration; users, groups, computers.•    Experience with Smartphones, particularly, Apple IOS devices.•    Knowledge in the following: Business software applications, Collaboration tools, Hardware and Accessories, Remote Computing, Security, Telephony and Video conferencing, Service Now.•    Knowledge of industry standard Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity practices, applications and methodologies.•    Ability to use open-ended questions and active listening to gather information on a problem•    Possess and maintain a positive attitude in various situations.•    Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems
