The official title of this role is Customer Service Associate but we prefer to call you ‘Customer Super Hero’. After all, you are the hero who takes care of solving customer problems every day! You will communicate with customers daily in Swedish, mainly via e-mail, social media and phone, but since you are a “superhero” you must also be able to converse with your international colleagues, so good English skills are therefore a requirement. You will also get to participate in on-site training and thanks to extensive guidance and coaching, you will become a star in your job and be able to solve customer inquiries and problems without much worry.

Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide customers with a high level of customer service for inquiries and issues and inform them of offers and promotions on the website.
Build a trusting relationship through accurate answers and a positive attitude.
Update customer accounts or information as needed.

What we offer

Our client is an international company in Lisbon with employees from different countries. They are looking for motivated customer service employees who want to be part of their international team and gain new experiences, but also get to know the Portuguese culture and meet new friends. As a customer service employee, you will handle customer matters, answer questions and solve various problems, mainly via various chat channels but sometimes also via telephone.
You will get to participate in a paid training, for about two months, where you will learn everything about the work process and customer interactions.

Your salary corresponds to the local standard. If you already have previous experience in customer service, you have the opportunity to receive a higher salary from the start. Otherwise, you usually get a salary increase after 12 months of work.

What do you get?

Gross monthly salary of €16,100 (€1,341.67 per month).
Language bonus of €200 (gross) per month.
You can also earn an annual bonus of 5% of the annual basic salary, which is paid once a year and depends on the achievement of goals.
Relocation package of €2,000 to cover the costs of the move (flight, first rent, etc).
22 vacation days.
Private insurance.
Snacks, coffee and soft drinks.

What is required?

Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written).
Good English skills (both spoken and written).
Minimum commitment: at least 12 months.
You are at least 18 years old or older.
You need a school education.
You are motivated and like to work in teams.
You have EU citizenship or Swiss citizenship.
You need at least 1 year of customer service experience.
